RACE ENTRY FEES

Entry fees for the 2024 Spectacular have been discounted to offset the cost of accommodation, current fuel prices and as an alternative to tow money.

Entries close on Monday 15 July 2024

Entry fee for the weekend:

St George Power Boat Club Members: $ 100

Early bird entry fee for entries received by Saturday 1 July 2024:  $150

Entries received after 1 July 2023: $250

Prize money will be paid to all boats completing a “final” of all events.

If you don't have an APBA licence you will need to apply for a day licence (max 2 per season). Open the link below this form in a new tab, print the form, fill it in and bring to registration. You can pay for your day licence on this form.

Please select APBA Licence Type. If Day Licence is required, please complete separate day licence application.

To the NSW Council Secretary, APBA, I/we, being the owner(s) of the abovementioned boat do hereby certify the the specification of the boats' hull and motor are knows to me/us the owner(s) to be in comformity with the Rules and restrictions governing the class of the event entered. I/We will comply with the APBA Racing and Safety Rules in their entirety. I / We declare that the above particulars are to my / our knowledge true and correct.

The race program is to be advised depending on entries received but will include the following:

Hayes Wood – Unlimited Open Inboard

Riverside Trophy – Unlimited Auto Engine Inboard & Unlimited Outboard

Motor Spares – 5200cc normally aspirated displacement

Wyangang Cup – 5200 Carby Displacement

Blakes Marine – Sports Mono & Modified VP

Bert Hines Tennessee Boats – Unlimited Mono

Col Brown Trophy – 1.6lt Hydroplanes – Oz Lites series

Entries for APBA Championship events should be sent to the APBA NSW Council or emailed to nswcouncilapba@hotmail.com at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

The closing date for entries for APBA Championship races is 6 July 2024.

LATEST INFO FROM THE APBA

Entry Forms MUST BE THE LATEST FORM AND COMPLETE IN ALL ASPECTS AND TECHNICALLY A SEPARATE ENTRY IS REQUIRED FOR EACH CHAMPIONSHIP ENTERED

Entries should be accompanied by an Engine Measurement Certificate or request for exemption in accordance with Rule 203.02 (where required)

A NSW Guarantee of Bond Agreement is also technically required for each Championship entered
