Due to the Covid 19 Virus restrictions the St. George Motor Boat Club is not currently open to guests or able to host events (although a take away service is available). Therefore planning for the 2020 Spectacular, Vintage & Veteran boat display and Australian FF championship races is currently on hold. At the moment it looks like all of the events planned for May will need to be postponed to a later date. A final decision will be made as more information is made available from Government sources.

Notice to all States, Clubs and Drivers. The Australian Formula Future Titles were set down for next weekend, Sat/Sat – 3rd & 4th July at St George PBC on Kogarah Bay.Due to the NSW Government’s decision today to place Sydney in lockdown, this is now impossible to conduct. In fact, it will be illegal even for the officials to be there, that alone the drivers, crews and spectators. The St George club and the NSW APBA wish to advise that this event has been postponed. However, over the next few days they will investigate the possibility of holding this event in the next month or so, and if possible they will initiate the steps to seek approval to allow the 2021 Formula Future Champions to be decided.Unfortunately we live in an ever changing world and seem to be constantly confronted with “never before’ witnessed scenarios. It is truly unfortunate that these great ambassadors of our sport are unable to “strut their stuff” on the waters of Kogarah Bay. There had been a great roll-up of entries with 7 in J1, 4 in J2 and 18 in J3.Hopefully, in the near future, we can re-set our young champions with a new date for this wonderful event.Could you please pass this information on to whoever needs to be notified.RegardsGeoff DuvallActing PresidentAPBA ...
